Cecropin P1, porcine 是一种抗菌 (antibacterial) 肽，可从猪小肠上部分离。Cecropin P1, porcine 对革兰氏阴性菌具有抗菌活性。Cecropin P1, porcine 具有抗病毒 (antiviral) 活性，可抑制 PRRSV 感染。

Cecropin P1, porcine is an antibacterial peptide that can be isolated from the upper part of the small intestine of the pig. Cecropin P1, porcine shows antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria. Cecropin P1, porcine shows antiviral activity and inhibits PRRSV infection.

Cecropin P1 (1 mg/kg，IP，一次) 可防止感染性休克大鼠的细菌生长、内毒素血症和死亡率。

Cecropin P1，porcine (0-480 μg/mL，36-96 h) 显著抑制 CH-1a 在 Marc-145 细胞中的感染和复制。 Cecropin P1，porcine (0-480 μg/mL，36 h) 不仅显示出对 PRRSV (猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒) 的细胞外杀病毒活性，而且在病毒接种之前、同时或之后添加时也具有强大的抑制作用。 Cecropin P1，porcine (480 μg/mL，0-72 h) 在感染晚期阻断 CH-1a 诱导的细胞凋亡。 Cecropin P1，porcine (0-480 μg/mL，0-4 h) 抑制病毒颗粒释放。Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:Marc-145 cells Concentration:160, 320, and 480 μg/mL Incubation Time:36, 48, 72, 96 h Result:Significantly inhibited viral infection in a dose-dependent manner at 36 h postinfection. Inhibited CH-1a infection in Marc-145 cells with a 50% effective concentration (EC50) of 112 μg/mL. The 50% cytotoxic concentration (CC50) of Cecropin P1 for Marc-145 cells was estimated to be 719 μg/mL.Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:Marc-145 cells Concentration:160, 320, and 480 μg/mL Incubation Time:36 h Result:Significantly inhibited viral infection in a dose-dependent manner at 36 h postinfection. Significantly reduced the expression of the viral N protein when administered with either the pre-, co-, or posttreatment method.
